Booking Policy

1. Registration - This is a paid program and prior registration is required to receive the Zoom access link. - Registration will remain open until 2 hours before the session or until capacity is reached. - Please provide accurate contact details while registering to ensure smooth communication. 2. Confirmation & Access - Upon successful registration, you will receive a confirmation email with the Zoom link. - A reminder with the access details will be sent 1 hour before the session. 3. Attendance - The session will begin promptly as per Indian Standard Time. We encourage you to join 5 minutes early. - Entry may be restricted after the first 10 minutes to maintain the flow and experience of the session. 4. Cancellations If you are unable to attend, please inform us via email at least 4 hours in advance so we can offer the spot to someone else. 5. Recording & Privacy - The session may be recorded for internal quality or future learning purposes. - Recordings will not be shared with participants unless there is genuine reason. 6. Code of Conduct We ask all participants to attend with kindness, respect, and a willingness to hold a peaceful space for themselves and others. Any disruptive or inappropriate behaviour may result in removal from the session. By registering, you agree to the terms outlined above.
