Stories That Heal
A story at bedtime. A calmer child by the morning.
August Circle: Growing From Within
The August Circle of Stories That Heal is designed to help parents understand
the emotional world of their children through the gentle art of therapeutic storytelling.
This month, we explore the challenges children commonly experience as they grow—coping with disappointment, feeling left out, managing strong emotions, and developing resilience after setbacks.
Each session offers a carefully crafted therapeutic story, followed by guided reflection that helps parents uncover the deeper meaning within the narrative and learn how to use storytelling as a nurturing practice at home.
What You Will Experience
• A live therapeutic storytelling experience
• Understanding the emotional need behind the story
