SCHEDULE

• 3rd August to 13th November 2026

• Sessions will be conducted only on Mondays and Thursdays

• 7.00PM to 9.00PM (Indian Standard Time)

Each session follows a calm and structured rhythm, that helps participants feel balanced, supported, and connected to the learning process.​
